OPSR Completes Construction on First of 27 New Outdoor Learning Environments.

OPSR recently hosted a ribbon cutting for a new outdoor learning environment at Jewel's Place Child Care in Tulsa. This new play space was made possible through a $2.25 million grant from the Oklahoma Clearinghouse for Early Childhood Success.
