Focusing on Pathways for School Readiness

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (October 1, 2025) — The Oklahoma Clearinghouse for Early Childhood Success today announced the opening of its Fall 2025 submission window, inviting innovative proposals that strengthen early childhood programs and improve outcomes for Oklahoma’s youngest children.

This submission cycle will run October 1 – October 31, 2025, and will place special emphasis on the Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness (OPSR) Pathways for School Readiness (See the Pathways Here). The Pathways framework highlights the essential supports children and families need to thrive, ensuring every child enters school healthy, supported, and ready to succeed.

“By focusing on the OPSR Pathways for School Readiness, we are asking partners across the state to bring forward ideas that address the interconnected needs of young children and their families,” said Mary Griffin, Director of the Clearinghouse for Early Childhood Success.  “We know that when programs align with these pathways, they create stronger, more lasting impacts.”

About the Clearinghouse Submission Process

  • Practice-based: Drawn from the real-world expertise of practitioners.

  • Innovative: Offering fresh approaches to persistent challenges.

Approved submissions may be eligible for implementation grants to support scaling and replication. Past cycles have led to new investments in high-quality early learning environments, family supports, and system innovations across Oklahoma.
