Our primary mission is to ensure that all families in Oklahoma have access to quality care and education for their children. This will successfully be reached through community-based resource and referral services.

As part of the statewide CCR&R network administered by the Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness (OPSR), we work alongside families, providers, and community leaders to strengthen early care and education across the region.

Searching for child care can be difficult. We have made this process a little easier.

CHILD CARE SUBSIDY
Child care subsidy is available through the federal Child Care and Development Block Grant. It helps parents who meet income requirements pay for licensed child care while they are at work, in training, or getting an education.
The easiest way to apply for child care subsidy is online at www.okdhslive.org.

OK SHARED SERVICES
OK Shared Services is a web-based platform with an extensive hub of tools accessible to support the needs of child care providers and their programs. There are quick links to access federal and state regulations, samples and templates of procedures, policies, forms, and lesson plans to help your program become more effective and efficient. The resources were created from the vast knowledge of experts in 28 states in high quality early childhood education. The Oklahoma Child Care resource & Referral Association supports this program in our state.
