  • Use as an interactive teaching tool in workshops or while working one-on-one with families.

Video Download Instructions

Choose the platform you want to post on, expand the instructions in the dropdown and get started!

Facebook Newsfeed

  1. Choose from the 4:5 feed videos below, and click the download icon.

  2. From your Facebook feed, page or profile, select: What's on your mind > Photo/Video > Add Photos/Videos > Select Add Video. 

  3. Choose the video you'd like to upload. 

  4. When you're ready, click Post. 

To download a video, simply click on the video and press the download icon located in the upper-left corner.
